Deposit Requirements
A deposit of ½ the amount of the package price is required to confirm your
reservation. Deposits are due after January 1st. The balance of your
deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable 30 days following your original booking
date. (In extreme circumstances, deposits may be carried for a period of 1
year and applied to a future trip)
Liabilities
Indian Head Resort Inc., carries general liability insurance. No
liability can be accepted by Indian Head Resort for loss or damage
to personal effects, illness or emergency evacuation. A Liability Waiver
must be signed by any guest planning a trip with Indian Head Resort. We strongly recommend you check your own insurance policy for
personal coverage.
