*All packages are subject to 5% Federal Goods & Services Tax and are per person rates

Deposit Requirements
A deposit of ½ the amount of the package price is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are due after January 1, 2011. The balance of your deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable 30 days following your original booking date. (In extreme circumstances, deposits may be carried for a period of 1 year and applied to a future trip)

Liabilities
Indian Head Camp Adventures carries general liability insurance. No liability can be accepted by Indian Head Camp Adventures for loss or damage to personal effects, illness or emergency evacuation. A Liability Waiver must be signed by any guest planning a trip with Indian Head Camp Adventures. We strongly recommend you check your own insurance policy for personal coverage.

  • Waterproof Boots
  • 1 Heavy Coat
  • 1 Light Jacket
  • Polarized Sunglasses, Sunscreen & Insect Repellent
  • Flashlight, Camera & Batteries
  • Your own fishing tackle/lures
  • Liquor, pop, cigarettes as desired
  • Cash for souvenirs & gratuities
